The properties are owned by The Hartley Trust, a registered charity No. 226021, which supports vulnerable and elderly people.  It is the 23rd oldest charity in the UK, established in 1393.  All proceeds from lettings are re-invested into our charitable causes and we are a not for profitorganisation.
